I just found it yesterday while doing a hard search. Is it reliable? Well, its like most old newspaper accounts, each person can believe or not believe. I will tell you this though, a grizzly defeating 2 cougars at once is sure as hell alot more credible than a single cougar killing a grizzly, that's for sure, lmao.

The article said the female cougar is more aggressive than it male counterpart which I agree with as it is looking after its young which was killed. If the weights of the animals were specified, it might enable us to make a more objective opinion in the thread:

Very hard to see, the bear is very far away and the video gets kind of blurry. Maybe its just an optical illusion. But its possible yes.
