To be honest, we just dont know, might be new, might not be new. The source is very vague, its from 1993 although the event referenced could be from way before. Here we have an adult male tiger wounded by a brown bear in 1981, (the front paw was snapped), i dont think the tiger died later on from that injury though, not very likely, (nor does the source mention the tiger dying), If its not this event, then its most likely new:

The uploader of the video is "Amur tiger in China", sounds like a tiger fan to me, so he puts the title "A young female Amur tiger and a large bear.", how surprising, tiger boys always see a "large" bear, cant trust anything they write on these videos. Honestly, doesn't look that large to me, when they go next to that tree branch to the left, the bear just looks a bit taller. Most likely a subadult of 3 or 4 years old:

Dale Miquelle thinks its a large black bear, and that the tigress is clearly not interested in fighting nor predation. Maybe i was right after all about it being a black bear:

I think Dale Miquelle's comment is reliable though it is just an opinion regarding the bear being chased off.

The link you put there is a PDF about bullfighting, it has nothing to do with those screen shots. Can you post the correct link please.

1.5 Animal life
Sikhote-Alin is an area where the ranges of tropical species found in equatorial rain forests (harza Martes flavigula, tiger, Himalayan bear) and northern boreal species (moose Alces alces and Eurasian lynx Lynx lynx) overlap . In total, the mammal fauna of Sikhote-Alin includes more than 80 species (Voloshina et al. 1999), which can be divided into two groups. The first is typically forest animals, such as the Ussuri mole mogera robusta, red deer, brown bear Ursus arctos, squirrel Sc iurus vulgaris and chipmunk Tamias sibiricus. The second are forest-meadow animals such as the Asiatic badger Meles leucurus, raccoon dog Nyctereutes procyonoides, Siberian roe deer and Manchurian hare Lepus mandshuricus. In the river valleys, mouse-like rodents, Mustela sibirica colonok, American mink Neovison vison and otter Lutra lutra are common

As for the 2 charts above, to synthetize it, both charts are about the diet of the tiger using the scat method, for the brown bear, its basically nothing, negligible.
