In 11 years, from 1999-2010, 131 bisons death analyzed, only 2 deaths by predators though (1.5%). Most likely not adult males.

Interesting fact. Some huge male bisons are immune to bear predation since the extinction of the male Californian grizzly bear.

Predation on adult moose Alces alces by European brown bears Ursus arctos
Abstract
Several North American studies have reported significant predation rates on moose Alces alces by brown bears Ursus arctos. We documented predation on moose by brown bears in south-central Sweden, where brown bears and moose occurred at estimated densities of 10-30 and 400-1,340/1,000 km2, respectively. Bears killed 0.8% of radio-collared adult female moose (i.e. ≥ 1 year old) annually and no male moose (≥ 1 year old). Bear predation was the least important mortality factor we documented. Based on tracking brown bears on snow during spring we recorded one successful hunt for every 372 km of tracks and documented attacks only by adult bears and successful attacks only by adult males. Autopsy of moose older than calves that were killed by brown bears revealed that yearlings were more prone to predation than older moose, and that older (i.e. ≥ 2 years) cows were more vulnerable to predation than older bulls. Our study suggests a lower tendency for Scandinavian brown bears to prey on moose compared to most of the North American studies.

Siberian musk deer in the diets of tiger and bears in the Sikhote-Alin
Abstract
The role of the Siberian musk deer in the diets of the Amur tiger, brown bear, and Asian black bear has been studied in the Sikhote-Alin State Biosphere Reserve in 1992 to 2016. Information has been collected from 763 tiger feeding sites, and the contents of tiger feces have been analyzed. Radiotelemetry has been used to evaluate tiger–musk deer relationships. The musk deer accounted for 0.26% of all animal species found to be eaten by the tiger. Musk deer remains in feces of the tiger, brown bear, and Asian black bear occurred with frequencies of 1.3, 0.2, and 0.3%, respectively. A case of musk deer avoiding the presence of brown bear is described.

/\ Despite eating mostly plants, grizzlies seem to be opportunist when it comes to meat as do some black bears.

That bear also seemed subadult. It didn't had a bulky hump.

Bear alert issued in Meteora after cow mauled
Authorities in central Greece are warning nature enthusiasts in the broader area of Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular year-round destination, to be on the lookout for bears or any traces that they may be in the vicinity.
The warning came after two cyclists came across a dead cow that had been gutted by a wild animal near the Monastery of Ypapanti.
Footprints around the dead animal pointed to a bear as the culprit.

Bears as predators from Andrew Derocher and Ian Stirling:
The size of a carnivore strongly influences the size of the prey it is capable of killing, the maximum size of prey killed being slightly larger than that of the predator. For example, a 100 kilogram (220 pound) bear can handle prey weighing up to roughly 150 kilograms (330 pounds). Polar bears prey primarily on the smallish (60 kilogram/ 130 pound) ringed seal and the larger (up to 360 kilogram/790 pound) bearded seal. In some instances, polar bears can remove up to 44 percent of the ringed seal pups born in a particular area. They are also known to kill walruses (500 kilograms/1,100 pounds) and white whales weighing up to 600 kilograms (1,320 pounds).
Brown bears, while primarily vegetarian, can also prey significantly on hoofed mammals. In some areas, adult males reportedly kill three or four adult moose (450 kilograms/990 pounds) per year, with females killing an average of one. Caribou (150 kilograms/330 pounds), musk ox (250 kilograms/550 pounds), elk (200 kilograms/ 440 pounds), and bison (500 kilograms/ 1,100 pounds) have all been taken. Brown bears also prey on ground squirrels, trout, and salmon, but usually only when they are sufficiently abundant to make hunting them energy-efficient.

/\ Nice but I am unable to read Russian. Is that a male version of Bloody Paws? It does not say the gender, although i would guess it was a male. Anyhow, it killed 12 horses, Bloody Paws killed 570 head of domestic animals, so i wouldn't say they are comparable.
