SILVERBACK GORILLA VS BENGAL TIGER.
Primatologists had a project, they wanted to see what would happen if you leave a gorilla in Bengal tiger territory. They captured a huge 480 lb Eastern lowland gorilla and dropped him at Kaziranga National park. Not long after, a 460 lb tiger ambushed the gorilla. The tiger jumped on the neck of the gorilla, but the gorilla managed to pull him out with his powerful arms. The gorilla was hurt but not much, he was pissed off.
A fight started, the gorilla charged hard and the tiger back off. Then the tiger came back to attack with fast swipes, the gorilla was bleeding. The tiger tried to grab the throat again, the gorilla held him off with those long arms. The gorilla charged again and this time was able to land a hard blow with his arms, then got on top of the tiger, the gorilla bite the tiger's skull. Tiger died. The gorilla got picked up by the primatologists and taken back to Africa. He recovered from his injuries.

SILVER-BACK GORILLA VS PRANTAL JAGUAR:
To cross North America to Africa, you need to go through a very big distance of water... I know Jaguars do not come always in North America, there are reports in Mexico and Central Arizona, but we will leave it at that. That's how I see the fight going --
The silverback gorilla is wondering in the troop as they cover a distance to avoid a jaguar that tracked them for weeks and managed to eat some infant gorillas. The jaguar makes a rush suddenly and attacks a female in an ambush. The jaguar bites her by the shoulder and scratches her back as she covers her head and neck to avoid a bite. The Silver-back bodies the Jaguar off, which the latter lands on his back. The jaguar and the gorilla start the fight in a cat mouse chase, the silverback turns whenever he tries to hit the jaguar. However, the confident predator finally catches his adversary. The Silver-back turns around quickly and pushes the Jaguar over. The silver back hits the Jaguar in the face as he jumps on him. The jaguar recovers and lands good claw slaps on the gorilla. The latter pushes the former to the ground, suffering some claw marks on the belly as the jaguar tries to break free. The gorilla bites the jaguar by the head and holds him. The jaguar doesn't wait long and starts shifting around like a crazy snake. The jaguar bites and claws but the Silver-back finally kills him after a long struggle. Throwing the body away. The Silver-back sits to rest and take care of the injuries he received in that battle. The whole arena is full of cut lives and the trees full of claw marks. The floor is also wet in blood of both opponents.

Anyone wants to do a tiger vs lion hypothesis? And is it allowed on this forum? Yeah sure, this hypothesis is allowed. If that's the case, than I guess I can do my own: In one of Betty's acts, two of his most evenly matched lion and tiger snaped at each other. The tiger clawed the lion in the face, attempting to grab it (and successfully did). The lion clawed back in an attempted of freeing itself. The lion clawed again and again, pushing the tiger back. The tiger bit the lion in the face, the lion than successfully unstablized the tiger, which the latter landed on his back. The lion clawed furiously, the tiger answered with a kick of his hind legs on the lion's belly (while still biting the lion's snout). The lion struck with his paw once again in an attempt of pushing the tiger off. The tiger quickly changed direction and gained the upper hand, now on his hind legs again. The lion shock himself, freeing himself immediately after the tiger stood up. Both the lion and the tiger struck eachother, bit and clawed. The tiger was able to bite the lion's back with a quick move, but the lion managed to clean the tiger off once again, landing blows and bites of his own. It was very unclear who is winning and who was losing, any attempt of breaking the animals apart was unsuccessful. The lion pinned the tiger to the ground at one moment, both bleeding massively. The lion bit the tiger neck, and held him. Yet later, one of the audience said that the tiger managed to gain the upper hand again. They fought for hours, until both were unable to continue, and collapsed. In my opinion, its basically a coin toss between two equally healthy, equally weighed adult males. Although it is very unlikely to be so, I don't really favour any animal. Any thoughts?

Reply #6, very good story buddy. You said they both "collapsed", does that mean they both died or just were not able to continue?

SIBERIAN TIGER VS AMERICAN BISON:
A Siberian tiger was placed in Yellowstone national park. The first day he killed a moose calf. After a few days he tried to hunt an adult male bison. He sneaked to the back and attacked the back of the legs trying to disabable the bison. The bison fell down and was kind of hurt. The tiger was now going for the neck, but it was too thick. The bison was able to get up, the tiger back off. This time the bison charged pretty fast and was able to ram the tiger with full force, tiger had some broken bones. The bison head butted the tiger on the skull and killed it.

Cave bear vs cave lion:
A cave lion, searching for his next meal, wonders into a cave. Smelling the air, he senses what seems as food. The lion turns into another corner and finds himself in what resembles a "room". At the middle, a cave bear mother and her young are sleeping. The cave lion senses an opportunity, and silently moves closer and closer towards her. Than, the cave lion jumps and catches the young, biting its neck. The small bear's screams are heard by his mother, as she defends her young. The mother stands up on her hind legs and hits the lion as hard as she can. The lion lets go of the young, of which heads behinds his mother. The cave bear fights the cave lion, scratches him several times and biting his face. The lion counters as well, bites back and scratches with his back legs. The mother eventually pins him down and the two giants fight on the ground. The cave lion momentarily gains the upper hand as he bites the mom's back and holds her with his claws. But the mother tosses him around with all her might. The lion gives up and runs out of the cave, in retreat. It is apparent that if the fight would have dragged longer, the cave lion would have lost, but surprisingly held his own for a limited extent of time.

Anyone wants to do a sloth bear vs leopard hypothesis? A sloth bear was eating termites calmly, suddenly a leopard attacked from behind. The leopard went for the back of the neck and injured the bear, but the bear was able to dislodge and turn around and claw the leopard in the face, the leopard was hurt around the eyes, that was all that was needed for the leopard to run away. The bear had minor injuries and recovered.

/\ Good hypothesis. Never heard of a leopard attempting to prey on a full grown adult sloth bear.
